Keira Capital Srl. is a dynamic and forward-thinking holding company co-founded by the major shareholders of ERIH Holdings and Alp Energies GmbH and established to consolidate the investments of the shareholders, Keira Capital currently manages a diversified investments in sustainable energy and real estate assets across Italy.
Today, it is the mission of Keira Capital to fulfill steering, coordination, control and audit functions, as well as to generate value for the Holding, monitor activities of the Group companies on behalf of the shareholders, and perform the financial audit and administer control systems. Keira Capital aims to create competitive companies that put regional growth at the focal point of their operations.
We believe that true success is born from collaboration. Our strategic partnership with Survey Digital Greece is a testament to our commitment to collaboration. Together, we have formed Survey Digital Italy, a joint venture that will revolutionize the solar EPC and O&M services in Italy. More than 20 years’ experience in energy and finance segments, with leading roles at, among others, GE, Generali and IEG. He also has a background as a successful entrepreneur and serial investor. He is the founding chairman of ERIH Holdings.
Joachim Kienzl
Managing Partner
Founder and partner of Alp Energies and BD Partners. He was previously deputy CEO of Psaier Energies GmbH/srl. Joachim has a Bachelor’s degree from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck.
